Bedford's Own Paul Shaffer To Make Appearance At Hometown Harvey School

TV band leader, David Letterman sidekick and Bedford resident Paul Shaffer is scheduled to appear at The Harvey School in Katonah as a special guest performer Thursday, Feb. 21 at 7 p.m.

Shaffer, also a singer, composer and musician, will take to Harvey’s Lasdon Theater stage in the show, which will headline two young up-and-coming stars in the industry:

Grace Kelly: With a history of both national and international tours, singer and saxophonist Grace Kelly has performed several times in the house band for “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.” She is also a recent winner in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest.
Kirsten Maxwell: Frequently compared to the musical stylings of Joan Baez, Joni Mitchell and Judy Collins. She has opened for numerous top acts, including Melissa Etheridge.
